I did have an issue when the item went to the right state but wrong area (5 hours drive from me). I contacted the seller they were alittle slow to respond but advised they would send the item to me. This is probably an Australia Post issue however the size of the item and how small the address and return labels were could be the problem. I would suggest making the address labels larger so they can be seen by the sorting at Australia Post.
