    Unit arrived quickly, and was packaged well. Unfortunately, there were two controls on the mixer that were broken, which need to be repaired in order to use the mixer. I contacted the seller as soon as I found the issues, and was ready for an unpleasant experience to rectify the problem. However, they sent a heartfelt apology, and a complete refund to my account. They also said there was no need to return the unit, so I didn't have to pay for shipping it back to them! A class act indeed!!!

    Seller was decent to work with in terms of description and shipping of product, but the people they used to prepare the item for shipping did several hundred dollars worth of damage to the item, and parts of the item were missing. The seller would not make it right.
