  One of the worst experiences I've ever had on ebay. Seller completely refused to take accountability for their ineptitude which caused the problem of the package being returned to them. Once the package was returned, seller then tried to issue a bogus PARTIAL refund then tried to play games to waste time. Had to sadly have ebay intervene. Grow up.
