Blue dial Bulova Accutron II Surveyor
These Accutron IIs have a high accuracy 262 kHz Bulova quartz movement with a continuous smooth sweep second hand. I set it to my radio/atomic Casio on Nov 5, 2017 at the daylight savings changeover. Now three months later, the watch is ahead by about 1.5 seconds. That's far better than a typical quartz watch. The original blue leather strap was too bright a shade for my taste, though very well made. I put it on a black leather strap. I plan on getting a stainless link bracelet for it - I think the brighter appearance will bring out the blue dial better than the black strap does.

Great high-accuracy quartz watch
This watch uses Bulova's ultra high frequency 262 kHz quartz movement with smooth sweeping second hand - smoother than even the highest beating mechanical movement. Accurate within a few seconds per month, so you don't need to correct the time setting between daylight savings time changes. I'm a big fan of these movements; my watch box has several watches that use it. Semi-military field watch design: Hour numerals (except at 6 o'clock, which is where the date is), and a chapter ring with minutes/seconds markers. Black dial, white hands, red tip on the smooth-sweeping second hand. Nice milled ridged bezel. Nice illuminated numbers and hands, but I have seen better and longer lasting lume. Nice double-curved mineral crystal. The brown-tan leather strap follows in the military theme. I didn't like this particular shade, I swapped in a matching black leather Bulova strap that I'd removed from an example of the related Bulova Military Chronograph. With that done, I'm very pleased with the look on my wrist.
