The part can not be installed properly.
The problem is that the mirror comes already glued to the black plastic backing. So instead of having access to the three screws through the three holes that exist in the plastic, threre is no way to get the screws tighted properly. Save the 30 bucks and buy the whole assembly for 79 bucks. Unfortunately, I had to buy both items to fix the situation.

Defective
Installed in March, the clutch broke on the unit May 16th. Team truck heading back home after only 2200 miles - not good

Installed on 4/19/19 and on 5/3/19 it is leaking at one of the welds.
