Nice choice for me!

It comes in a glass bottle with a convenient dropper. The dosage is 30 drops per day and it does taste really good. It is raspberry flavored. The drops go under the tongue. I used this prior to lunch today and so far I have not had much of an appetite. It controls appetite.

I have noticed my hair to hold moisture better
