Excellent condition! Couple minor hiccups
0 of 1 found this helpful Received phone (w/charger) very quickly & was immaculate! Charger wasn't working & rec'd immediate 1 that does. Per terms, no SIM card. Got free one from Sprint but phone isn't recognizing. Everything else works great so far & phone has great charge time!

Weak tool and They Kept the battery!!!
I had high hopes for this tool but it was not to be. It was weak and had to repeat over areas several times after putting MY BATTERY in it - they took the one out of the slot in the box for it! It's going back ASAP!
