Works great and like new
2 of 2 found this helpful The Neo 2 was like new -- it did not appear to ever have been used. This one did not come with the USB cable but that was not a big problem. Bought this for our son who is serving a mission in El Salvador. He can now compose emails before getting to the internet cafe. Great value.
