Weber #441001 ORIGINAL KETTLE CHARCOAL GRILL 18" New

Weber is the industry standard.

I like Weber products and have owned several over the years. This 18" grill is a replacement for another one that finally gave out after about a decade of constant live fire cooking. I hope this one lasts as long. The unusually deep design allows me to use it as a smoker as well as a grill. The size is perfect for our household.

A nice little unit (with some quirks)

This compact little unit fits the bill when matched with good speakers. The sound is surprisingly good, considering the price and the volume is quite adequate for a good sized room. It is not an audiophile level product and it doesn't pretend to be. The design is clean and uncluttered, the remote control is easy to understand and use. (Some functions are only possible with the remote, so don't lose it.) The only problems I have had so far are the instructions for presets on the receiver are not correct so I've had to move between stations manually, a minor hassle. Another minor issue is that there doesn't seem to be a way to balance the volume between the speakers so speaker positioning is important. I have no comment about the DVD playing functions as I have only used this for audio and I'm pretty pleased with it so far.
