Surburban furnace
The part was great. The problem is with service from manufacture. They would not sell me the part because I am not certified. I found the part on ebay and replaced in less than 10 minutes. They did not have a service connection anywhere close to me. I guess if I ever need another rv furnace I will also look elsewhere. Furnace was less than a year old.

Poor construction
Unit will make fast work of processing but something as simple as handle on unit is unacceptable. It will not stay attached to unit. Very frustrating when you have made a full bowl of salsa and go to pick it up and handle falls off dumping entire bowl on counter. How hard would it be to design where handle remains intact.

Good product
These knobs are exactly what we needed. We were very pleased with the quality and material used. They look great on our cabinets.
