You get what you pay for! And it's not much...
You will get a collection of 55 of the better commons from various newer sets, 15 average uncommons, your rares and mythic and foils will all be 30 cent bulk crap.

Not bad for pre-made decks at all
These decks are both pretty equal in terms of balance of play, speed, etc.
They each have their own unique little theme going which is pretty fun to play actually.
I do recommend modifying these after you are comfortable playing, know the cards, and the rules.
You can swap out 6 of the weaker filler cards and lose 2 to 4 lands then add in stronger cards that fit the theme of the deck and they will be much better!
I do prefer vamps over pirates, but not with these decks... Just my opinion.
