  Ordered item knowing it was open box, and I was okay with that and the description said it was opened but never used. I got it home and opened it up and noticed food stains all over the Switch along with two player accounts and games already downloaded. Upset that the item was not as described in the listing and seller didn’t offer much besides a sorry when I sent a message. Of course it operates fine but I wasn’t expecting to have to scrub it down and reset it when it was listed as never used
