Mytee Heated Extractor
4 of 4 found this helpful I like the product for the most part but there is one problem that I consider major. The extractor itself works well and does the job but the coupler connection for the hose is terrible. I'm not sure if this is a design flaw or if this problem is specific to my machine. For some reason, this connector doesn't snap into place as it should. On each occasion, it was too difficult to get the connection secured. I become so frustrated with the process, that I've decided to leave the hose connected full time so I don't have to deal with trying to get it connected again. Leaving the hose connected full time is not ideal but I was spending too much time trying to get it connected. I've dealt with plenty of these types of connections and I've never seen one this difficult to manage. It should snap right into place but it doesn't.
