I ordered the Seiko watch 1/19/2021 and received it 1/28/2021. So far it it has not run continuously for 24 hours. I have manually wound it per instr

I, unfortunately, received a defective Seiko watch SNKL79 K1. I have been unable to get it to run continuously for 24 Hours. I have wound it manually per instructions and with motion per instructions and it still stops. I have tried to return it through E Bay with no success. I have owned several Seiko watches and have always been pleased; however, L am very disappointed with E Bay and their effort to help me with this problem.
