Not perfect, but it's a great bargain
I'm really torn over how to rate this. For the price I paid, this is a massive bargain. The price was great for this refurbished unit and I'd buy the same one again. It was easy to get going. I struggled with the WiFi setup because it didn't want to connect. I had to manually connect to it with my phone and the instructions on doing that weren't clear. In the end I did get it connected. The vacuum picks up my two cats tumbleweeds very well and is easy to empty. The lower ratings come in how inefficient it is. It seems to cover the same areas repeatedly while leaving sections untouched. I think if I left it for the entire duration of how long it would like to run, it would by chance cover virtually all of it, but I stopped it after 70 minutes because it was spending more time covering the same sections repeatedly and still missing a couple of spots. Maybe another 30 minutes might have happened to hit the missed spots, or next vacuuming session might get those. At least the spots missed weren't huge. It got comical where it would get out of the kitchen, start moseying over to where it missed before, and before it could get there, it somehow bumps its way back over to the kitchen again for the 9th time. Looks to me like the algorithm includes some random events and the randomness does what randomness does. I would suppose that's the sort of algorithm we'll see from a lower end model and perhaps there are some more sophisticated algorithms in the more expensive models, including possibly some kind of intelligent mapping that will ensure a more efficient and even coverage. But I didn't buy one of those, so it won't make sense for me to penalize the lower end model much for what I didn't pay extra for. I still feel like I need to knock a bit off for the difficulty in getting the WiFi connected, which should not depend on how much I paid, and somewhat for the inefficiency in the coverage just because.

Great purchase -- good product
This was fairly easy to install -- provided you use the thread tape to avoid leaks, take the time to be careful and gently make sure the threads are lined up and tightening smoothly so you aren't stripping anything, and then tighten everything as tight as it will get without applying too much extra force to potentially break anything. But beyond those precautions, conceptually it is very simple, and getting the main unit onto the toilet couldn't be easier -- it's as simple as detaching your toilet seat and re-attaching it. Once you have this hooked up, if you did everything as I said and be careful and thread properly, you're good to go and the bidet will do exactly what it promises and just as well as it claims. The water spray is precisely adjustable for temperature and pressure, and it does have modes for both women and for anyone doing #2.
Pro tip ... because the hot water comes from a splitter attached to the sink (which I drilled a small hole in my cabinet to pass that water tube), if your sink takes a while to warm up when turning that on, so will this... so what I do is click the unit over to cleaning mode (which keeps the nozzles from spraying up at you while they're on) and then turn it on hot a couple of minutes before I'll be ready to rinse, then when I do click it back over to spray mode, it's good and warm.
Pro tip 2 ... to dry off, you can either use a small bit of toilet paper, or if you want to make the toilet paper usage go to zero, just keep a small hand towel or wash cloth next to it sort of how you'd have a hand towel next to the sink (we have one for each person as with our bath towels) and dab yourself dry. Don't worry, because if you rinsed well, you're completely clean and the cloth will not be soiled... you can wash it as often as you need, or even buy yourself a stockpile of cheap cloths and keep a stack there if you're only comfortable with single use.
The price on this unit is very good for what you get. It does the job, and you come away much cleaner than smearing yourself with toilet paper, and those with sensitive backsides (medical conditions or such) this will be much better for you than physically wiping with something abrasive. In the end I have to think that not buying $20 worth of toilet paper every couple of months will more than pay off over the first year.
Let me also speak well of the customer service for this company. They responded reasonably quickly, which is already surprising as I'm hearing bidet sales are through the roof with the current toilet paper situation, and their folks are extremely pleasant and right to the point of helping you through your issues. If you do need a replacement part, they get it out to you and you don't waste a lot of time trying to get them to do what's needed. In the end they help get you up and running. I have installed two of these now and I have needed to contact them a couple of times and got the help I needed so that both are working perfectly today.

Better adhesive and/or a more appropriate shape would help
This item just doesn't work for a 2017 CRV, and likely for older models. The door edge on the CRV is pretty thick, and these door edge guards are not properly designed to go over such a thick door edge. I don't know if maybe the wrong one shipped to me or if they just aren't suitable for this vehicle. It was difficult to get them to go on some parts of the doors, and they never looked to be seating well no matter how much pressing I did. Once they were on, I left them for a day or two for the adhesive to cure, and it just didn't work out. Perhaps the adhesive wasn't stout enough for these things that were hanging on for dear life as it is, or maybe no reasonable adhesive could hold it on when the guards aren't shaped well for these doors. I guess if you made the adhesive much stronger there might be issues getting them off later and some paint is probably going to go with them. So the real solution is a better shaped door edge guard that fits the door. I went with two stars because the plastic itself looks quite durable and I'm thinking the adhesive would probably have been good with the right shaped guards. These are probably great edge guards for some other vehicle but for this one I can't rate better than 2 stars. All of them have come loose and just wouldn't stay on. They didn't fall completely off but one end or both was separated and hanging off the door. I just had to pull them all off and throw them away. That's $18 wasted and I haven't had time to see if there was any kind of satisfaction guarantee. The price would have been fair if they had worked, so it might have been a good value otherwise.
