All my basses have these in the right gauge for each bass
I only use these flatwounds on all my basses . Pro bassist age 66 .

Great but sold new with scratches cracks blems goop no quality control
+ works xlnt - No quality control on cosmetics own 3 now all sold as new not refurbished all have scratches on outside of glass under glass and have silver cosmetic blems in the glass mabe cracks inside the glass and all panels have a goop stuck on the glass that is hard to clean off also the black frame have scratches so not looking to good The foam tape they put on the back of stand sometimes comes off and wont stick back on . No quality control but work great but not up to the normal standard we all expect any new product to be . Work great for taking in sun but the quality in workmanship is not their . Will look for a better product of quality then sell these poorly made panels. They do work great at least for the moment .

I always buy this brand as they work quite well and warm up things fast
