2 of 9 found this helpful I'm not sure the intended use but it broke about 30 seconds after I opened it. One soft play stab at some soft pine and the tip broke.

I would not recommend this for beginners it is very sharp the length of the blade. That being said it is perfectly balanced and awesome for someone who knows what they are doing. Still I do not practice much with itbecause it's so sharp. For regular practice I throw cold steel sure flight.
