Good Plates, Sub-Par Bar.
Plates are CAP originals. Bar itself is not (no stamp as CAP does for all of their bars). Weight limit listed on generic assembly instructions (no mention of manufacturer like CAP's other materials) is 300 lbs. Pins will need silicon grease to go in. Hollow connector; bars rotate freely. The plates are very good, genuine CAP items.
