NeilMed NasoGEL is a lifesaver
3 of 3 found this helpful I have a condition that makes my eyes, nose and mouth very dry. I began getting bad nose bleeds that landed me in the emergency many times. An ENT doctor told me to use NasoGEL two to three times a day to keep my membranes lubricated. Works like a charm. I use it every day faithfully and have not had any trouble since.
