Good for those with little willpower in the face of carbohydrates.
This program may be good for me. It is difficult to acclimate to this style of eating, but it is the only effective diet program that has worked for me. This particular book spreads out the ground rules for a lifetime. I would recommend it for anyone who CRAVES carbohydrates.
