OK, but ...
The quality in general is what I expected for the price. The only shortcoming are screws that came with it. They are a little too long (they protrude into the cabinet storage space when you mount the unit under a kitchen cabinet. Also, they seem to be made of a softer than normal metal and it's easy to strip the head.

They work fairly well
They are amply cut and completely cover the arms of my "big and tall" executive office chair. The only problem with them is that they tend to shift around with use, so I will probably put some 2-sided tape or mounting squares between the chair arms and the covers to keep them in place.

Versatile and Reasonably Priced
I cook a lot and I needed a spice rack to keep my kitchen countertop orderly. This unit is versatile because its depth allow even larger (eg. 10 oz.) spice containers to fit with ease, meaning that many spices can be stored 2-deep. The only real drawback is that the coated wire-frame construction can sometimes cause small or oddly-shaped spice jars to sit at an angle, but I think this can be solved by placing a sheet of thin cardboard or plastic along the bottom of a shelf. I don't know if I will bother with this because the problem is not serious for me.
