  Item I received was old/expired. Serum is supposed to be white, and this bottle dispensed a dark brown serum. I contacted Ebay regarding seller wanting item returned and was advised not to return due to toxicity of item. Ebay stated they will issue a full refund. Do not buy this item on Ebay as most of these sellers are selling old/expired bottles at a bargain price, which is no bargain.

  I’m sorry this product didn’t workout for you, as it was still brand new there was no way for me to know that. Which is why I always offer returns. I am sorry I was a bit skeptical as you sent me similar images in a message before receiving my item in the mail, which is why I requested a return before I issued your refund.
