  Item was put in a Sterlite tote and shipped unsecured (see attached photo). Item was damaged in shipping (flame arrestor mount broke and lifting ring ) UPS wont pay due to the way it was packed. 11 days later I have a broke engine and time lost time repairing the lift ring. I gave the seller a chance to make it right and to resolve this, he refused by saying "he "may" have used parts". Guess my time isnt worth anything. Never again.
