  Excellent communication. Was able to get questions answered quickly and obtain additional photos of item to make it easy to make purchase. It was refreshing that item was even better than described. I think what I appreciated most was a custom crate/box was made for the vise. I have bought several from other vendors and shipping has not went well. The seller secured the vise to a wooden frame, then framed around the vise and then placed in a box making sure it arrived properly. Excellent seller
