They look great, but too small for me
These bowls look and work just as you'd expect them to. My only problem is, they're too small for me. That's my error, not the mfrs. Prospective buyers should do their homework better than I did.

Great deal, great trade
4 stars only because I haven't tested it yet.

Best of the Bunch
1 of 1 found this helpful I've used several Water Piks over the years, starting in the 60's. I've tried a couple of battery-powered, hand held versions, but they are awkward to fill and don't hold enough water for me. The good ol' plugin type, with the tank on top, is still tops for me.
My last Water Pik failed a few weeks ago. Not sure just why, but the little valve on the bottom of the tank stopped closing, so water would pour out when I was filling it. Then the motor failed. I'm blaming my un-softened well water for that. Or perhaps the mouthwash I mix with it chewed away the seals over time.
This latest version is a little bit better than the last. Instead of the push-button to halt water flow, it has a "slide-switch" action. And the whole motor control seems a little crisper. The selection of tips includes a brush. This time around, I'm making sure not to leave the tank sitting on the machine. I'm letting it dry our between uses.
My only complaints: I wish they'd designed it so I could store the tank on top, like the original. Also, the originals had storage "parking spots" for the various tips. Hence the missing 5th star.
