Clever design, substantial and attractive.
Other than misunderstanding the instructions for where the seat legs attach (should line up with centre plank), error becomes evident as top won't fit, I'm very please with this item. I chose it because the wood is 38mm thick rather than 30mm on some models. I thought the carriage was expensive at over £30, but it is bulky and heavy.

Impressed so far
I'm a retired electrical engineer and after a month's use, I'm pretty impressed. The unit is well built and functions well. It operates at fairly low light level, so less danger of birds being locked out. It's simple to fit with just one adjustment for limiting the fall of the door. I rebuilt the woodwork around the door as our hen house is ancient and has seen better days.
