Would buy again, excellent product
This is an awesome product. I use it to help with a cowlick in the back of my hair. It is used on dry hair and reactivates the next day with a little water on the end of my fingers. A little bit goes a long way. Excellent hold without climbing.

Helped me start/complete elimination diet after developing food allergies
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this book after I developed multiple food allergies and was searching for a more specific & more encouraging approach to an elimination diet. This book was perfect for just that and I have enjoyed the recipes as well. This book told me exactly the highs and the lows and about their website to go to for more encouragement and information during the process. The layout, the pictures, the information all worked for me. I found this book just as helpful/useful as their first one.
