Some studies report benefits not found yet after 1 months use
3 of 3 found this helpful My wife & I have used this whole body vibration machine 2X per day for 1 month now. Peripheral circulation appears to have improved BUT no other benefits are presently apparent... time will tell. We are happy with this product and state that it is as good as any you might find being sold... no matter what sales hype is being used. If you want one of these machines... save your money and just buy this product. Believe it or not... your choice. It does as much as many high priced models that we believe are promoted simply as better because of higher price.
We have not noticed better muscle tone (YET). Lymphatic circulation would have to be tested as to benefits. AND, as I said we have noticed better systemic circulation of blood flow. Nothing else has been noticed or verified.
We do believe this machine is well worth the money for circulation improvement but cannot verify other benefits as marketed. Do your own research. Make your own decisions about these machines. After all, many machines and marketing virtues have fallen by the wayside over the years about many products sold. ENOUGH SAID!

Not as usefull as expected. Uncomfortable headset.
Barely noticed any improvement in hearing and the headset is very uncomfortable to use. Not adjustable at all. Makes head hurt after short term use.
