Homeschooler's must read list
6 of 6 found this helpful This book was recommended to me as a must read for a newbie homeschooler. The book presents the basic learning styles of most children and provides teaching tips to help children grasp confusing concepts in order to make the best of their learning ability. In public schools, children are taught one way and if it doesn't happen to be the particular learning style of the teacher, many children will loose their opportunity to learn. It also points out the difference between learning style and learning disability. Highly recommend!
