right out of the box
batteries where charged and worked right out of the box shipped in good packaging and got them before the due date very impressed so far

oh so soft
Bought this for my Granddaughter for Christmas I love how soft it feels. Its not to heavy either look as nice as it feels too I am sure she will be very happy with it.I know I am.

Excellement
I was impressed when I received this ahead of scheduled delivery time. I was in excellent condition I just plug it in and the battery started charging right away and the laptop charged quickly . all in all I was very happy with my purchase. Anytime I need more computer accessories I will check there site first. Again Thank you so much.
