The Great Hunger by Patrick Kavanagh Paperback NEW Book

    Fine Irish poetry
A great small book of poems by a writer that came from a rural community that found the city to be his muse.

Three & Out . Staring Macenzie Crook & Colm Meany
This is a fantastic film, It makes you laugh, cry and think like every good black comedy should. My favorite moment is when Crook describes Living in London to being "Like a living in a big ant hill where nothing works and everybody gets in each others way". Black comedy does not get better than this.

It's proper English none of the glitzy Hollywood style. It's a real man trying to give some thing back to a community has been left with nothing. This is one of best examples of social commentary while there are enough laughs to keep you spirit high until the tears arrive. It truly a film not to be miss.
