The do’s and dont’s
Product worked great for me...I know it says 45 min...but I like to give it about 2-3 hrs. Food makes the difference, don’t eat a lot and drink plenty of water...food makes it not work as well...I take on an empty stomach with lots of water. Hope it works for u

All you need!!!
So I have tried everything. This has no side effects on me...no headaches!! Worked for me in about 45 min and stayed with me all night. Only thing is you really have to work hard to get off...but she will probably tell you to stop when she’s had to much :-) Great product thank you!!!
