  Ordered multiple card guards and was told by seller I would be given a refund for the shipping cost since I paid for them individually but that never happened even after I messaged seller and no response. Also the guards came with a lot of scratches and ink stains. Poorly made. Would not recommend the product or seller.

We have plenty of good reviews and could have helped fix any issues with slab guards damaged in shipping or production, but you never informed us of this.

  WORST Seller I've encountered on ebay! **DO NOT BUY FROM!** They sent a cracked slab on a psa 10 card and then responded: "Those are too miniscule. The best I can do is go half with you on the reholdering costs, which is $6.50. The listing states as-is and no refunds." I asked for them to accept the return or $12.99 PSA reholder fee since there's a massive crack in the case that was NOT shown in the picture, title or description of product. "As-is and no refunds" on a cracked case is a scam.

  buyer sent photos of very small, general wear and tear that you'll find on many slabs. the camera couldn't even pick up those scratches in the photo. there was one scuff on the slab when received, but if you look at the original listing, you cannot see it at all. it's possible it could have occurred during shipping or in some other manner. it was listed as-is with no refunds, but i offered to help pay for a reholder fee, which the buyer originally requested, and then he denied.
