The beans are well wrapped and come in air-tight packaging, which means you do not need to re-wrap them to keep them fresh..
Once you open the packaging you can immediately smell the vanilla. Each bean is soft moist and aromatic. Your fingers can feel the moisture. After handling them your hands will smell of vanilla.
These are the kind of beans that any cook would love to have in their kitchen, perfect for making vanilla sugar, vanilla essence and of course all those special occasion deserts. For myself these are the kind of beans that I will re-order and re-order.
