Decent tyres at a good price

Good tyres for amateur cyclists like me. They don't inflate to as high a pressure as my old Continentals, but do give a slightly more comfortable ride. No punctures yet!

Cheap - but superb - way to save old cassettes.

Using an old TEAC tape deck (about 20 years old I reckon) I've been copying cassettes into mo3 format. So far - around 20 tapes in - it has been totally brilliant. Sound quality is exactly as it used to sound, and I really pleased with the results. Audacity (the software included) is very easy to use - but do follow the clear instructions included in the pack. I have maybe another 300 tapes to do - but it's finally a project that will be rewarding (they're mostly Radio 4 comedy programmes). I recommend this bit of kit without hesitation!

As long as you're not a pro, then this book is just about perfect for every enthusiastic walker who wants to be able to identify quickly something they've spotted. I must have used it 50 times in the first month - identifying moths and butterflies in the garden, flowers and birds and mushrooms on walks, and trees and ducks in local parks. Amazing! And it fits into a small bag without weighing you down. Enough info to feel sure about identifying pretty much anything you will find in Britain. Photos are great, layout very easy to use. Can't recommend it highly enough) and my daughter would agree: I bought a second copy for her too!). BUY ONE TODAY!!!
