Works as advertised

Fairway Ford shipped the parts quickly and the instructions provided were easy enough to follow. I used Forscan to enable the remote start feature, had the key cut by a local locksmith for $5 bux, and simply followed the procedure to add an additional key fob - my truck already had the hood switch installed so the whole process including getting the key cut took less than an hour! 2011 Ford f150, 5.0 XLT.
