Very well-made Italian product and a good value

This is a very well-made (in Italy) tool for making garganelli and striping gnocchi faster and better than by using a fork. Smooth and nicely finished wood and a very good value for the price; better than buying it on "the river". Definitely recommend it and the seller as well.

Good value for the price, well made and useful

Only used it twice so far, but it seems well-made and well-built. The big unknown so far is how "stainless" the steel really is, we'll see if they used a quality alloy as it's used over time.

Good product and good value

It's pretty basic, as it should be, but pretty well made especially for the price. Disassembles flat in less than a minute, for storage, and is unfinished wood to help absorb moisture. Might be a good idea to wipe a little flour on the crossbars to help prevent fresh pasta sticking. Recommended.
