Very uncomfortable and difficult to use
5 of 5 found this helpful First I'd like to say I thought this product would be satisfactory based other reviews of the Philips Respironics Premium Chin Restraint. I was definitely mistaken, it's not easy to adjust (don't even think about trying to adjust while wearing it) and there is a second strap that's attached with Velcro that goes around the back of your head, it's a nuisance to work with and makes the mask even more difficult to use. The strap will keep your mouth shut if it stays in place during sleep though more often than not you'll awake to find it has come loose. After a week I haven't worn it again.
My advice is to look at single strap options that have cutouts for your ears. I understand sizing can be a little trickier with these but stay away from these adjustable straps especially the one noted in this review.
