Great with one exception
I had my first one of these for about 15 years and loved it. The reel finally broke but I was happy to find Suncast still makes it. I set it up but the hose guide would only run right to left and wouldn’t reverse. I called Suncast and they said they’d send me a new one. I hope that happens without a hitch.
