Dishwasher Door Spring Cable Repair Kit for Bosch Part # 00754866

It works!

This kit is the correct replacement part for my Bosch SHE7ER55UC/50 and although it looks and attaches differently, it works as well as the original factory-installed part. I agree with the previous reviewer that detailed installation instructions would be helpful. In order to remove the original springs it is actually necessary to break the plastic tabs that attach those springs to the DW frame. That's OK because those tabs are no longer needed. Once this is done, the new springs are attached by sliding the steel tabs at the back end of these springs into slots (which were previously unused) provided for that purpose. How long the cords will last remains to be seen.
