Challenging Replacement
2 of 2 found this helpful Included the special screwdrivers needed for the job, plus a couple that weren't needed. A tough job. Be sure to watch one or more of the YouTube videos that you can find, as they include valuable tips to help you remove the old battery and install the new one. Like using acetone to loosen the adhesive that holds in the old battery. But definitely worth doing if you're handy. Apple wanted something like $220 to replace the battery in my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015).
