  Sent the wrong skis!! I ordered brand new skis and this seller sent me used beat up skis!!

  Seller accidentally put incorrect label on my package and sent my skis to California, I received Californian's skis. He immediately responded to me and was able to redirect my package sent via FedEx to my address. He was very prompt and owned up to the mistake. Resolved the issue as easily as it could be. I was very thankful b/c this was all after business hours. Definitely resolved the issue and I received the correct skis after only a week delay. Very nice person, deserves 5 stars

  I accidentally swapped labels on two shipments sent on the same day. The issue was resolved as soon as it was brought to my attention to the buyer's satisfaction. Buyer was very accommodating and re-labeled the incorrect item and delivered to the local shipper for me and my other buyer. Stand up guy!! Thank you for all your help and patience.
