good value of your money

The stethoscope is well put together. It is something you can hear lung sounds with. Not cardiac quality but useful tool.

It sounded good but it's junk

This is a light weight cheaply made item. It is not "cardiac quality". A beginners stethoscope, like the first one you buy in nursing school because you don't know better.
