Product was new and well packaged. I just dont think this is a genuine OEM key. Had key cut and remote programmed to lock/unlock & panic. But key would not program to start the vehicle after many attempts (via techstream and manual learn sequence). Transponder chip may be defective or be of a frequency that is incompatible. Unfortunately you have to cut these keys before you can attempt to program.
