Complete satisfaction
I was technical support for Dell Computers for over 5 years, so this brand was my first choice. This is not the first time I have bought a computer labeled as refirbished, but I have high faith of Dell making good and reliable computers. I would not have a second thought on referring anyone to buy a Dell Computer new or refirbished.

task motivator
I bought this for my Autistic son as part of a deal to convince him to do his assigned tasks without complaining about it. This is about the only way that I can motivate him to do things without getting angry of having to constantly remind him!!!!!!!!!
