GREAT product with added benefits
We decided to make fried rice for the first dish and we were so excited about this product. It was great! Not only that but for some reason every time we eat konjac our blood sugar is lower the next morning. I am going to try and make a rice pudding. There are so many possibilities!

The home Creamery
I expected this book to be full of how to make your own cheese, butter, yogurt, cream cheese, etc. It is not. Half of the book on making basic dairy items and the rest is recipes for food. I was dissapointed in this book because I can get the basic information for absolutely free on web sites. I don't recommend this book if you are looking for information how to's on making your own cheeses, etc.
