    The card was just put in a top loader in an envelope & mailed. Top wasnt taped. Item had $1.25 shipping for the Ebay PWE shipping option. I paid the shipping as described. Item said shipped Feb 24th but didn't receive it until the 10th of March. I also had to pay another $4.50 at the Post Office bc seller incorrectly packaged the item so the USPO changed it from an envelope to a package. I wanted the card so i paid the postage. Asked buyer to refund me on the postage for his mistake. He refused

    this person is complaining about something i cant control my post office told me to ship the cards the way i have been doing it for awhile now. then his post office makes him pay more and instead of returning it to sender he paid for the card and wants me to pay him more for the charge then what he paid for the card in the beginning sorry it didn't workout
