    Absolutely do not recommend this seller. Wine glasses showed up broken due to lack of packing in box. Wine glasses were wrapped with a thin piece of bubble wrap and then placed on the bottom of a cardboard box. Seller shipped with USPS, but insisted on return being done with FedEx, even though there was not a FedEx near by. eBay changed shipping label to Usps with no issues. terrible communication with seller.

    This buyer has been a nightmare. They did not want to comply with eBay rules. She attempted to keep the items I had asked to be returned and eBay had to step in to tell her to return them. Upon receiving the return, I discovered she has indeed kept the item's bases (which is the value in the item) and only sent back the tops. We have an open ongoing case with eBay around this. She has been very difficult to work with.
