  Item promptly shipped but was lost by carrier. As soon as we learned the shipment was lost "scan error" we promptly notified & refunded the buyer as by this time we were out of stock & unable to reship. Shame on you for posting such vengeful negative feedback & refusing our request to withdraw your negative rating & distorting the truth! We have been selling on eBay for over 22 years & have never been so unjustly & poorly treated by anyone.
