Poor performance

Whenever I put my phone into the Mophie it sometimes starts automatically when I turn it on and sometimes it does not. While it is on charging it keeps starting and stopping the charging process. I guess you get what you pay for. I will start saving up to but the more expensive one the Verizon store sells. Not even going to bother sending it back.
